Customer-Supplied Garment Policy
Customer-provided garments or items are accepted with the clear understanding that Digitime assumes no responsibility or liability for misprints, stains, defects, or damage to customer-supplied products. Our printing and decoration processes, including but not limited to screen printing, DTF, DTG, and embroidery, involve heat, pressure, and other treatments that may affect both the garment and the final decoration. As with any production process, there is also the possibility of equipment or human error. All customer-supplied items are processed entirely at the customer’s own risk.
If you provide your own garment and an issue occurs, Digitime does not replace the item or reimburse its value. Any damaged item will be returned to you with our sincere apology. For this reason, we strongly recommend using garments supplied by Digitime, as these are tested for compatibility with our processes and can be replaced if a production issue occurs.
For orders involving multiple units of the same fabric or brand, we strongly recommend printing one sample garment first and completing a test wash before proceeding with the remainder of the order. Digitime is not responsible for fading, shrinking, or other changes that occur after washing customer-owned garments.
Customers providing their own garments will be required to sign a waiver confirming acceptance of these terms before any decoration work begins.
Refund Policy
Because all products are custom-made to customer specifications, returns and refunds are generally not available.
If an order has been confirmed and artwork production has begun and/or merchandise has been ordered but not yet printed, cancellations may result in an artwork fee and/or a restocking charge.
Pickup Policy – 15 Days
Due to limited storage space and high daily order volume, Digitime regularly reviews unclaimed items. Customers will be contacted every 5 days regarding items awaiting pickup. After notification, customers will have a reasonable time, not exceeding 15 days from the purchase date, to retrieve their items.
We make multiple attempts to contact customers during this 15-day period. Any items not picked up within 15 days of the original order date will be donated to charity or disposed of, at Digitime’s discretion.
Limited Liability Clause
By purchasing services from Digitime, the customer acknowledges and agrees that Digitime shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, goods, or services. This applies regardless of whether such losses were foreseeable or whether Digitime was advised of the possibility of such damages.
